Five products. One patient record.
PureBrix builds hospital software the way a hospital actually works — as one record that every department writes into. Take the whole system, or start with the laboratory, the pharmacy or the chart and add the rest when you are ready.

Five products, built on the same record
SanoBrix is the whole hospital. The other four are the parts of it that a hospital most often needs first. They are not separate systems to integrate with later — they are the same software, scoped to one department.

Which of them do you need?
Most hospitals start with the pressure they already have, and add the rest as it makes sense. This is what each one covers, and what it takes to run it.

What it is
A hospital system that behaves like one system
Most hospitals do not run one platform. They run a clinical system, a billing system, a pharmacy system and a spreadsheet, and they spend the month making the four of them agree. Everything PureBrix builds is built the other way round.
One patient, one record
Outpatients, wards, theatre, laboratory, pharmacy and billing all write to the same chart — so the doctor, the nurse and the cashier are reading the same page.
Billing that reconciles
Payer splits, co-pay, packages, advances and refunds settle against one account, so a bill and a claim can never quietly disagree.
Configured, not customised
Tariffs, workflows, approvals and permissions are settings your own team controls — new wards, price lists and roles do not wait on a software release.
The idea, in one picture
Connected, not stitched together
There is no overnight reconciliation between the ward and the cashier, because there is nothing to reconcile. Every department is working on the same episode of care.

How a hospital day runs on it
From the first enquiry to the closing report
Each step below hands the next one something it does not have to ask for again.
Enquiry
An enquiry is logged, followed up and converted into a patient without re-keying.
Registration
One identity is created or matched, and every department uses it from here on.
Consultation
Appointment, examination and notes, with orders raised in the same screen.
Diagnostics
Samples tracked, results recorded and published back to the chart that asked for them.
Pharmacy
The prescription reaches the pharmacy, is checked, then supplied and recorded.
Admission
Bed allocated, cover confirmed, and the admission becomes the account for the stay.
Ward & theatre
Rounds, medication, observations, procedures and theatre on one workspace.
Billing
Every charge lands in one place, is checked, split across payer and patient, and closed.
Discharge
The summary is assembled from what was already written during the stay.
Settlement
Counters close, claims go out, payments are matched back to the bills they came from.
Follow-up
The next visit opens a history rather than a blank form.
Insight
Management views run on the same work the departments just did.
VitaBrix — electronic medical record
The chart is the system, not a report from it
Clinicians open a patient folder that already holds the history, the problems, the allergies and the last visit — because the clinic, the ward, the laboratory and the pharmacy all wrote into it.
One folder per patient
The same workspace serves an outpatient consultation, an admission and a theatre case — so a clinician learns it once.
Notes with structure
Documentation is captured in sections rather than one block of text, which is what lets a discharge summary be assembled from it later.
Orders that go somewhere
An order produces the instruction, the queue at the department that will fulfil it, and the charge — from one action, not three.
Forms your teams define
Assessment forms are built in the application, so a department gets the form it actually uses without waiting for a release.
Revenue cycle
Billing that reconciles
Charges are raised where the work is ordered, priced from a controlled tariff, split across payer and patient by rule, and closed before the patient leaves. The claim is generated from the same numbers.
Pricing you can explain
Tariffs are proposed, approved and kept in version, so you can show what a price was on the day it was charged — and why a particular charge resolved to it.
Authority, not habit
Changing a price, switching a payer, applying a discount and closing a bill are each separately permitted actions, granted to the people who should hold them.
A close that means something
Closing the account is a real state, and discharge waits for it. A patient does not leave on an open bill because someone was in a hurry.
Running it
What your own team can change
The difference between a system you operate and a system you submit tickets to is how much of it your own team can change on a Tuesday afternoon.
Prices and packages
Tariffs, discount policies, package definitions and approval limits, maintained by your own finance team.
Clinical documentation
Assessment and documentation forms defined by the departments that use them, including the rules for what appears when.
Printed documents
Summaries, bills, receipts and registers designed in the application, carrying your hospital’s own identity, and kept in version.
Who sees what
Roles, permissions and what each role may do, set per hospital and adjusted as your structure changes.
Questions we get asked
Straight answers, including the ones that are “not yet”
What is the difference between SanoBrix and the other four?
SanoBrix is the whole hospital — registration, clinics, wards, theatre, diagnostics, pharmacy and billing. VitaBrix, VitroBrix, LumenBrix and CuraBrix are the parts of it a hospital most often needs first, available on their own. They are not separate products that integrate with SanoBrix; they are the same software, scoped to one department.
Can we take just one of them?
Usually, yes — hospitals commonly start with the laboratory, the pharmacy or the chart. The exception today is LumenBrix, which shares its diagnostics engine with VitroBrix and is normally deployed alongside it. Tell us where the pressure is and we will say plainly what does and does not stand on its own.
Can we start with a few areas and add the rest later?
Yes. A phased rollout is a sequencing decision rather than a separate installation. What matters is that the parts you add later join the same record instead of arriving as another system.
We run several hospitals. Is that one system or several?
One. Users, roles, numbering, documents and settings are all held per hospital within a single platform, and a person who works across units switches between them rather than signing in somewhere else.
How much can our own team change without calling you?
Tariffs, discount policies, packages, clinical forms, printed documents, numbering, reference data, roles and permissions are all maintained inside the application. That is what “configured, not customised” means here.
Does it support ABDM and ABHA?
ABDM support is built into the product, including ABHA-based registration and consent. Where a given hospital stands on going live depends on its own onboarding, so we will tell you exactly where things are for your facility rather than putting a badge on a web page.
Is there AI in the product?
Yes — and we separate the two. In the product today, AI helps with analysis, surfacing what is already in the record rather than asking someone to go looking for it; with learning how a department prefers to work; and with suggestions built from both. Separately, we are piloting agents that carry that across whole medical workflows — that part is a pilot, not something a hospital gets today, and we will say so rather than blur the two. In all of it the software suggests and the clinician decides: nothing is actioned without a person. If it matters to your evaluation, ask and we will show you which is which.
Can we see it with our own data?
That is what a demo is for. Tell us which departments matter most and we will walk that flow, rather than showing a deck of screenshots.
See it running against your own hospital’s flow
A demo walks one patient from registration to settled bill across the departments that matter to you — not a slide deck of screenshots.
