India.
By using this website you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do
not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not the
terms on which SanoBrix, VitaBrix, VitroBrix, LumenBrix or CuraBrix are licensed, implemented
or supported — see
section 7.
We may amend these terms; section 14 explains how.
Using this website
You may read, print and share these pages for your own internal business purposes,
provided you do not alter them and you keep any notice of ownership intact.
You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- use it for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent effect;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
- introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- attack the site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;

The information on this site
These pages describe our products in general terms, for people evaluating them. They are
written to be accurate and we take care not to describe capability the product does not
have. Even so, the descriptions are general: they are not a specification, a warranty, or
a commitment that any particular capability will behave in a particular way in your
hospital.
Screens shown on this site are illustrative representations using sample content. They
are not photographs of a live system and they contain no patient information.

any contract unless we have said so in writing and signed it. What a product will do for
your hospital is what the agreement between us says it will do.

names, logos and marks — belong to PureBrix Solutions Pvt Ltd or are used under licence, and are
protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and
display this site on a device you control, for your own internal business purposes. That
licence does not permit any other use.
You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the page quoted.
Anything beyond that — republishing, adapting, framing, systematic copying, or any
use of our names or marks — needs our written permission first.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the product, you agree we may use
them without restriction and without owing you anything for them. Do not send us
anything you consider confidential through this site.
Third-party material
Some elements of this site are provided by third parties — the typefaces are
served by Google Fonts, as the cookie notice explains. Those
elements are subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible
for them.
Where we link to a site we do not run, the link is for convenience. We do not control
those sites, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not
an endorsement.
The product is governed separately
Access to SanoBrix itself, and everything that goes with it — implementation,
configuration, data migration, hosting arrangements, training, support, service levels,
payment, data protection responsibilities, warranties, indemnities and liability
— is governed by the written agreement between PureBrix and the hospital or
organisation concerned.
Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement
prevails. Nothing on this site varies it, adds to it, or creates any right
under it.
Availability of the site
We try to keep this website available, but we do not promise that it will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors. Access is permitted on a temporary
basis and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict it, in whole or in part, without notice
and without liability.
You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the site, and for
ensuring that everyone accessing it through your connection is aware of these terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations
and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms by statute, common law
or otherwise.
We do not warrant that this site or any content on it will be free from viruses or other
harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and

this website, or your reliance on anything published on it. This includes in particular
any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings,

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in connection with this website, or a nominal sum.

Severability

Assignment

Survival
Sections 5, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive any termination of your use of this site.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published here,
with the effective date shown at the top of the page. Please check this page from time to
time.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do
not accept them, stop using the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and their formation — and any dispute or claim
arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual
— are governed by the laws of India.
The courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
