Platform

One foundation under all five products

SanoBrix, VitaBrix, VitroBrix, LumenBrix and CuraBrix are not five systems that talk to each other. They are one platform, scoped differently — the same record, the same configuration and the same permission model underneath all of them. This page is what that platform is, at the level a hospital’s leadership and IT team need in order to decide.

What it covers

Four kinds of work, one platform underneath

Hospitals usually buy these as four products and then pay, for years, to keep them in step. Here they are one.

Clinical care

Outpatients, wards, theatre and the clinical services around them, all working on one patient record rather than one each.

  • A single patient folder used by every clinical area
  • Documentation captured in structure, so it can be reused
  • Orders that reach the department that fulfils them
  • Results published back to the chart that asked for them

Hospital operations

The logistics that decide whether clinical work can actually happen — and what it costs when it does.

  • Registration, appointments and doctor rosters
  • Beds, admissions, transfers and discharge
  • Stores, procurement and stock across the hospital
  • Support services: sterile supply, transport, dietary

Revenue cycle

Every charge raised where the work happened, priced from a controlled tariff, and closed before the patient leaves.

  • One account per episode of care
  • Payer and patient split applied by rule, not by hand
  • Counters, receipts and daily cash close
  • Claims raised from the same figures as the bill

Insight

Management views that run on the work the departments just did, rather than on a copy taken overnight.

  • Live operational views by department
  • Registers and day-to-day reports throughout
  • Export to spreadsheet wherever a list appears
  • The same figure in the department view and the board pack

What makes it one system

The decisions behind it

Every one of these has a cost. They were taken because the alternative costs a hospital more.

01

One record, not an interface between systems

Registration, the clinic, the ward, the theatre, the laboratory, the pharmacy and the cashier all read and write the same patient and the same episode of care. There is no overnight transfer to go wrong, and no second system to reconcile against.

02

Rules the platform applies, not people remember

Pricing, cover, permissions and the state of a bill are applied consistently wherever the work is done. A rule is not something each screen has to be trusted to remember.

03

New wards and roles are set up, not built

Opening a ward, adding a role, changing a price list or publishing a new form is work your own team does in the application, with a record of who changed what.

04

Several hospitals, one platform

A second hospital is not a second installation. Users, roles, numbering, documents and settings are all held per hospital inside one platform, and people who work across units move between them.

05

It grows without becoming a patchwork

New capability arrives already inside the same record, the same permissions and the same reporting — which is what stops a ten-year-old hospital system turning into a collection of unrelated programs.

Configuration

Adapt the platform to the way your hospital works

The practical test of a hospital system is how much of it your own team can change on a Tuesday afternoon. In SanoBrix, most of what a hospital changes month to month is a setting rather than a software change.

Clinical forms

Assessment and documentation forms defined by the departments that use them, including the rules for what appears when, previewed before they go live.

Printed documents

Summaries, bills, receipts and registers designed in the application with your hospital’s own identity, and kept in version so a reprint matches the original.

Prices and packages

Tariffs, discount policies, package definitions and the approval limits that go with them, maintained by your finance team.

Roles and permissions

Who can open which part of the system, and what they may do once they are there — set per hospital and changed as your structure changes.

Reference data and numbering

Departments, specialities, services, price lists and the numbering formats your documents carry.

Look and feel

The application’s appearance is a setting, so an administrator can align it with your identity without a release.

We do not call this “low-code”. It is configuration of a purpose-built hospital platform — deep where hospitals genuinely differ from one another, and deliberately not a general-purpose application builder.

Working with others

A hospital is never only one system

What SanoBrix connects to, described as it actually stands. If something you need is not here, ask — we will tell you what it would take rather than adding a logo to a grid.

ABDM & ABHA

India’s digital health programme is supported in the product, including ABHA-based registration at the counter and patient consent. Where your own facility stands on going live depends on its onboarding, and we will tell you plainly.

Working with other systems

SanoBrix exposes a documented interface for the systems around it, so an existing application your hospital depends on can keep its place rather than being ripped out on day one.

Documents and records out

Summaries, bills, receipts and registers are produced from templates your hospital controls, and any list in the application can be taken out to a spreadsheet.

External reports in

Reports and studies produced elsewhere can be attached to the patient record so the chart stays complete, whoever did the work.

Running it

One system to run, across every unit

What an IT team wants to know first, answered without requiring a call.

It runs in your environment

SanoBrix is deployed for your hospital, and where it runs, who can reach it and how it is backed up remain decisions your own IT team makes.

One platform, every unit

Several hospitals are served by one platform rather than one installation each, so there is a single system to keep current and monitor.

Browser-based for everyone

Clinical and administrative staff use it in a browser. There is nothing to install on every desk.

Change without downtime drama

Because so much of the system is configuration, most operational change is made by your own team rather than scheduled as a release.

How access and accountability work

Bring your IT lead to the demo

We will walk the platform with whoever will have to own it — not only with the people who will use it.
