Talk to our team
Show us your hospital’s worst hand-off
The useful demo is not a feature tour. Tell us which departments lose information between them today, and we will walk one patient across exactly that gap in the product.
Who to contact
Reaching the right person first time
The form above reaches the team that runs demos. For anything else, these go straight to the people who can answer.
Demos, pricing and procurement
Evaluating any of our products, or putting one through a tender. Use the form above, or write directly.
Existing customers
If you already run SanoBrix, your support route takes priority over this page — it is monitored at the hours your hospital works.
Working with us
Applications, and anyone who has run a hospital department and wants to build software for one.
Security and data protection
Questionnaires, data processing terms, and specific questions about access or audit.

When you will hear back
We aim to reply within one working day — a promise missed on first contact is the wrong first impression for a system a hospital will depend on.
Before you ask us
Questions we are asked most
If what you need is not here, put it in the message box above and we will answer it before the demo rather than during it.
What is the difference between SanoBrix and the other four?
SanoBrix is the whole hospital. VitaBrix, VitroBrix, LumenBrix and CuraBrix are the parts of it a hospital most often needs first — the same software, scoped to one department, not separate products to integrate.
Can we start with a few areas and add the rest later?
Yes. A phased rollout is a sequencing decision rather than a separate installation, and what you add later joins the same record.
We run several hospitals. Is that one system or several?
One. Users, roles, numbering, documents and settings are held per hospital within a single platform.
How much can our own team change?
Prices, discount policies, packages, clinical forms, printed documents, numbering, reference data, roles and permissions are all maintained inside the application.
Does it support ABDM and ABHA?
ABDM support is built into the product, including ABHA-based registration and consent. Where a given hospital stands on going live depends on its own onboarding, and we will tell you exactly where things are for your facility.
Is there AI in the product?
Yes — and we separate the two. In the product today, AI helps with analysis, with learning how a department prefers to work, and with suggestions built from both. Agents that carry that across whole workflows are still in pilot. Either way the software suggests and the clinician decides.
Not ready to talk yet?
Plenty of people want to understand a system before they put a meeting in the diary. Everything the product does is on this site, described in the same plain terms.
